She also managed the brothers' finances.

The Franciscans built this house for their "spiritual mother" in 1698; The number MDCCLVII (M = 1000, D = 500, C = 100, L = 50, V = 5, I = 1) = 1757, formed from iron anchors, indicates a new building or renovation.

Under French rule, the building and the monastery came into secular possession in 1802. Only when Capuchin monks lived here and in the newly built building on the west side of the church from 1959 to 1968 did this house become part of a monastery district again. An outdoor living group of the St. Annenhof children's home has been located here since 1991. In connection with the old connection with the Fanziskan monastery, the building has since been called "Haus Franziskus".
