So this is not your typical public route. It’s officially private land managed by the Berliner water Company. Try to be aware some parts are a bit slippery and not maintained but most of it is a beautiful walk 3-4 meters under the city. It Gets quiet and very relaxing down there :)

What I love the most about this trail is that you can walk down to it at almost any part of the walk. You're a few meters below the city and right next to the water, the single-trail track leads you all the way south of Tempelhof to Lankwitz. It's technically private property of the Berlin water company but you can access it at several points. Be careful, some parts of the trail are slippery and/or degraded, sure footedness is necessary to avoid a cold splash :)
