Komoot classifies the hike as "easy", I definitely can't confirm that. There are many places that are difficult for people afraid of heights, although everything is always well secured. And the "way there" (viewed from the starting point, the left route) is very strenuous because you have to climb up and down large stones. But wonderful! You can also take bathing suits.
