The highlights described at Komoot "Vossberge" and "Everinghauser Wanderdünen" are identical. It is the Vossberge, Ice Age quartz sand elevations (vulgo: E. Hauser Wanderdünen), which no longer hike because they are overgrown today and which extend to the ferry station. In between there is something missing in the dune because sand was removed there in the past and the dune was transformed into forest and fields. But the landscape is impressive, as it borders on the Wümme lowlands at Hellwege to the south.

The NORDPFADE * (own spelling *) are 24 hiking trails in the district of Rotenburg (Wümme) between Hamburg, Bremen and Hanover. The trails are between 6 and 32 km long. The distance of all the northern paths is around 358 km.
