The graceful Gutskirche of Thümen, from the 17th century, is a half-timbered structure made of oak with brick partitions that were later plastered. In addition to the furnishings from the construction period (altar, pulpit, baptismal angel and stalls), other furnishings, some of which are older, can also be viewed, which suggest that they were from a previous building.

In Klein Briesen stands a small half-timbered church. Directly next to the wooden entrance door is a small stone monument to the former Flensburg Infantry Captain Franz von Thümen, whose heroic death is commemorated in the First World War.

Half-timbered church from 1692, restored in 1996. At the south portal a sandstone relief from the year of construction with the alliance coat of arms of the von Thümen. Inside there is probably a christening angel from the 18th century.
