At the instigation of Gauleiter Rövers, this open-air stage was built especially for the play "De Stedinge" by the author August Hinrichs. Mass rallies of the NSDAP took place here later. The plan to set up a training center for the party there was thwarted by the outbreak of World War II.
This old Nazi cult site is now a listed building.
