Lievendael Estate is located on the north side of Velp (North Brabant) and is a small, historically designed estate with a mix of old lanes, open meadows, and small wooded areas. The estate was created around a former 19th-century country estate, the main building of which was later replaced by the current house and surrounding ornamental gardens.

The grounds feature several characteristic elements, such as long, straight lanes, ancient oaks and beech trees, a park-like area with a pond, and open spaces that once served as agricultural land. The estate connects seamlessly with the nature reserves around Velp and forms a peaceful green corridor between the village and the countryside.
