    From the Leineberglandbalkon you have a clear view of the skyline of Hanover in the north and the Brocken in the Harz mountains in the south-east. This is an open hiker's hut, which was built on a concrete base at a height of 307 meters, furnished with benches and tables. A nice stopover for hikes.

        There are several different circular hiking trails. Also called Pottland trails (display boards). They are all well signposted (Du1, Du2, Du3, Du4, Du5, Du6). The routes can be hiked from 4 km to 15 km.

          Refuge, hiking destination and viewing platform in one - a great balcony with a wonderful view towards Külf - easy to reach from Duingen or Marienhagen. The Pottlandwege and the Ith-Hils-Weg also meet the Leineberglandbalkon

                  All Pottland routes in and around Duingen are well signposted (Du1, Du2, Du3, Du4, Du5, Du6). Landscape varied and beautiful on all paths. Always my pleasure. Super circular routes.

                                                Truly beautiful views of the Leinebergland and, on clear days, even the Brocken. In addition to the balcony seating, there's also a rest area on the ground floor. Unfortunately, on weekdays, the noise from the quarry's work disrupts the otherwise wonderful peace.
