Great hike for active people. (from the parking lot Bøgstede Rende from the red wooden posts follow with the red arrows). Contrary to the information at Komoot, this hike requires some physical fitness and a certain degree of surefootedness. The narrow well signposted hiking trail leads across the dunes. The dunes are up to about 20 m high. The way through constant ups and downs still boring. It is steep in places, often has loosely sandy soil and is usually uneven due to the roots of the pines and oaks. In the way are sometimes breaks, so that edges of up to 60 cm must be overcome. Partly dead trees are on the way, without bend it is not. The hike was a lot of fun and a bit reminiscent of the root stairway in Austria. The hike goes through the original nature. Anyone who wants to walk on a well-developed flat trail, or because of a handicap has even here is out of place and be forewarned.
