Arenas de Cabrales is a village and parish in the municipality of Cabrales, in the Principality of Asturias. It is one of the most important gateways to the Picos de Europa National Park, where you can find the peak Naranjo de Bulnes and part of the Cares gorge route. It is a very cozy town, with a great gastronomic and hospitality offer, mountainous and healthy atmosphere, with a rich traditional architecture and a privileged natural environment23. It is also famous for its Cabrales cheese, which is made in natural caves and has a strong flavor. You can visit the Cabrales Cave-Exhibition to learn more about this cheese and its history.
