The viewpoint is just a short distance away from Bulnes de Abajo in the direction of Sotres on a detour a few meters up the mountain, also the way from the top station of the funicular is only a very short hike, more of a walk. Here you have a good view of the Naranjo de Bulnes between two mountains in front of it - probably the best thing you can see from the most famous mountain of the Picos if you don't want to do a longer mountain hike.
