You have a particularly beautiful view on this section of the trail near Marienfeld. Walking in the direction of Much, wide views of the valley and the green meadows open up again and again. This section also belongs to the Bergisches Streifzug No. 20, the "Böllweg". Here you can learn more about the life of the German post-war writer Heinrich Böll on eight information boards. At that time, many, like him, fled from the devastated Cologne to the Bergisches Land. A very beautiful route that is steeped in history at the same time.
