The Alpe Stubental can be found in the farthest corner of Jungholz. At the outskirts of Jungholz (large parking lot available - Jungholz-Langenschwand) just follow the paved commercial road about three quarters of an hour on foot, the trail finally ends at the Alpe Stubental.

The tarred road is particularly suitable for families with prams or a not too strenuous walk with normal footwear. The track is not without incline.
In winter, the route from Alpe Stubental to Langenschwand can also be skied. Rental of sled directly at the Alpe.

The Alpe is very well developed and newer year of construction. A cozy lounge and a very large sun terrace are more reminiscent of a restaurant than a typical alp. Lifemusic often on weekends.

The Alpe Stubental is also very easy to reach by bike thanks to the tarred road. A true unicum is the landlord Karl (El Carlos), who is also a singer of a punk band and always provides for the mood and entertainment of his guests.
