From the Camí des Penyal d'Honor, the last 300 m are a beautiful path up to the summit. The turn-off from the wider forest path to the narrow path is well marked by a signpost and a cairn.

The last climb is worth it because the summit offers a wonderful panoramic view. The actual summit has been leveled by a concrete slab with steps, making it easy for even less dizzy hikers to access.

INFORMATION

Between Bunyola, Santa Maria del Camí and the high valley of Orient is a dome and densely forested mountain area that breaks off on its northwest side with a long stretch of rock. The lower of its two main peaks, the Penyals d'Honor, peeps out just above the green fur and, despite its modest altitude of 808 m, offers a beautiful view - from the directly opposite Serra d'Alfàbia with its transmission masts to the distant island level and to Bay of Palma. The Bunyola entrances, which meander through the municipal area, are popular.
