    First documented in 1406, the Schlenkerla with its famous Rauchbier is one of the tourist attractions of the city of Bamberg. In the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Bamberg old town, picturesquely situated, it is one of the places you must have seen in any case. Legend has it that the name goes back to a landlord whose hip was smashed by an accident, so he swung his arms as he walked. In summer there is a backyard where you can sit. Anyone who wants a quick beer on the hand, gets it in the hatch in the corridor and can drink it standing there.
