The Burgruine Herisson are the ruins of a medieval castle located in the village of Hérisson. You can explore the remains of the fortress, which dates from the 11th century and was destroyed by Cardinal Mazarin in 1652. You can also enjoy the view of the Aumance river and the surrounding countryside, as well as the charming architecture of the village . This place is an excellent starting or ending point for your run.

Bagnard Castle in Bizeneuille is a castle built on the site of an old fortress and renovated in the 18th century into a mansion. The Château de Grand-Champ is a castle dating from the Middle Ages and transformed into a mansion in the 19th century. You can admire the elegant facade of bricks and stones, the pediment sculpted by J. Valette and the four towers that flank the corners of the building. The castle is surrounded by moats and a park, where you can walk and observe the fauna and flora. The Château de Grand-Champ in Bizeneuille is open to the public from July 1 to September 1, from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
