The castle is famous as the birthplace of Guy de Maupassant. The writer was born on August 5, 1850, on the first floor of the building. His parents rented the castle at the time. You can enjoy the view of the sea, the trees and the architecture while running along the paths. The park is open to visitors on weekends in July and August, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
