Beautiful converted railway line into a great cycle path.

On the banks of the Sieg there is a beautiful view of the viaduct.

Transport junction between Siegen and Neunkirchen

Very nice train station in the middle of town. Plenty of free parking directly at the station. Lots of local and express trains stop between Aachen, Lützel and Siegen. Ideal access for commuters and cyclists.

It's wonderful to cycle here, great fine asphalt, almost flat and level. This makes cycling on railway lines fun.

Only deep cuts in the hilly landscape made it possible to build the railway line here using simple tools. The excavation of the subsoil for the valley cut was used again a little further on to fill it up.
