DonrathのDornheckenwegにある木製橋の改修が完了しました。Aggerの横断歩道は、2026年3月初旬より歩行者とサイクリストが全面的に通行可能になりました。

Great running route in the middle of the forest, along several ponds.

The A3 circular trail passes through the Aggerbogen Landscape Gardens. Numerous information panels provide information about the fauna and flora in the forest and in the water.

The scenery is truly beautiful. The downside: You can't see the motorway, but you can hear it, as if you were standing on the hard shoulder.

Here you can easily avoid the main road through Lohmar.

The castle house, built by Dietrich von Blankenberg in the 14th century on the border with the County of Berg, was originally a fortified moated castle. The construction date of the three-winged outer bailey is still visible as the date 1717 in the arched gate.
