The closer I got to the western part of the city today, the easier it was to walk on the path. In the direction I was walking, the first half was almost completely overgrown, so no one had been out there for a long time.

The Georgi Market Square is one of the centers of the city's social life. The development has existed in its current form since 1992 and was designed as an “experience space in the city center”. The St. George fountain in the middle of the square, designed by Prof. Gernot Rumpf, depicts, among other things, the dragon slayer St. George and a water-spouting dragon. The bronze animal motifs, which can also be found on the St. George fountain, are typical of the artist. Find the fountain again.

A beautiful nature reserve with two viewpoints. The path around the nature reserve is actually for hikers. Cyclists without MTBs are doing themselves a disservice here. Nature lovers can discover rare creatures here.

The place itself is beautiful, sometimes the traffic just disturbs.

A nice opportunity to cross the Hardtbach. The bridge is an important connection on foot or by bike when traveling from Walldorf to and from Sandhausen or Leimen/St. Ilgen wants.

The former town hall in today's Heidelberg district of Rohrbach is a listed building. It was built by Jacob Baumann from 1811 to 1813 according to the plans of master builder Wilhelm Frommel and served as the town hall of the Rohrbach community until the town was incorporated by Heidelberg in 1927.
