The Radbrunnenturm (Wheel Fountain Tower) in Breisach is open during exhibition hours on Fridays from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 am/12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The tower is one of the oldest surviving buildings in the city. Its rear is adorned with the modern artwork "Radbühne," a work by Breisach artist Helmut Lutz from 2013. The tower itself houses a 41-meter-deep drinking water well and regularly provides space for exhibitions of all kinds for the Breisach Art Circle.
