The Jurors at Runnymede is a memorial site located near the historic Runnymede meadows in Surrey. It commemorates the signing of the Magna Carta in 1215 which was a pivotal moment in the establishment of the rule of law and the rights of individuals. The site features a striking series of stone sculptures representing the 25 barons who were witnesses to the Magna Carta.

Beautiful to see deer in natural surroundings

Copper Horse is not accessible any more with a bike, even pushing one. While the Long Ride was always forbidden it was great to get a good view of the castle from the Copper Horse. This also denies access for anyone with a disability using a hand cycle or those who find it easier to pedal than walk, families walking with kids on a bike. Wheelchairs etc if there's no one at the gate to let them in as the pedestrian access is designed to block all but the abled. Crown Estate / Windsor Great Park have banned bikes from many areas, especially this one. If you're on a horse though, no problem. No mention of scooters banned either. 🤔

I believe that bikes were banned due to cycle clubs going through in large groups. Bikes are also banned half way round Virginia Water Lake.

Cyclists are prohibited from The long walk

I used to stop over there to have a snack rest and just enjoy the beauty and now you can't even walk in with a bike is Queenie anti cyclist now. I thought big ears was into ecology? Now all you see is cop range rovers, jags and that ugly maroon roller zooming up n down.

You cannot cycle in the deer park

Cycling is currently not allowed there ("no cycles ridden or pushed)
