The Danube-Auen National Park is surrounded by a well-developed network of cycle paths, including routes along the Fischa River near Fischamend. The area is flat and unspoiled, making the paths particularly attractive for recreational cyclists. From Fischamend, you can embark on both short excursions along the Fischa and longer tours. The routes are well signposted and suitable for relaxed cycling, allowing you to experience the region in a variety of ways.

The Kellergasse in Klein-Neusiedl is one of the most beautiful cellar alleys in Lower Austria. It is located on the edge of the site on the western edge of the town and consists of 30 buildings, some of which date from the 19th century. The Kellergasse is a testament to traditional wine-growing culture and invites you to linger and enjoy. Many of the wine cellars are open alternately and offer their products. Kellergasse is also a popular destination for cyclists who want to explore the landscape around Lake Neusiedl.

The city tower, also known as the market tower and fish tower, is the landmark of the Lower Austrian town of Fischamend and was built in 1050 as a border and watchtower under Emperor Henry III. built. After a fire in 1834, the landmark was renovated and largely received its current appearance. The almost 31 m high tower served as a community hall and night watchman's apartment until 1927 and has since been used as a local museum.

Very nice tower. Inside there is, among other things, a local history museum.

The individual wine cellars are alternately open. A driving ban literally invites you to take a break. It's worth it!
