A very rewarding and scenic alternative to the Hochleckenhaus. The trail is partially unmarked and has a few easy climbing sections (grades I-II) that require surefootedness and a head for heights.

One of several rest and seating areas on the way to Hochlecken. From here you can also see the Adlerspitze. The turnoff to the Adlerspitze is also here. However, climbing it is not suitable for everyone!
