The Röserlsteig is the steepest path up the Grünberg. At the end, a fantastic view of the observation tower is well worth the effort.

It's best to drive to the Grünbergalm inn, enjoy a refreshing rest, and then continue on foot along the treetop path until you reach the observation tower.

You'll reach the castle in about 45 minutes – ideal for a relaxing family hike or a short trail ride with a swim break. 📸 Particularly beautiful: In the mornings, fog often still lingers over the lake, giving the castle a fairytale atmosphere – perfect for photographers!
