Lovely church . This was the parish church of Jane Austen her father was the vicar. Well worth a visit.

Dummer, a beautiful village with thatched houses. Discovered by chance because there is no rest stop on the Autobahn. You have to take the next exit for a break.

Jane Austen lived in the vicarage nearby when she was younger and writing many of her books. Sadly the building does not exist anymore but the church does.

Great bit of single track. At one end they have been cutting tree down , and look out for the dreaded stingers at the other end🤙🏻

Rough single track at the northern end for a few hundred meters but widens out and affords great views toward the Candovers.
