It's worth stopping here. Both the food and the service are great. We like going to this hut and have never been disappointed.

The Felix-Kuen trail first goes around the Hundskopf and then goes up to the summit on the west side. It's short and not a challenge for experienced hikers, but it's a very pleasant walk.

Distinctive peak above the Inn Valley. A little climbing is required if you want to reach the summit. It is up to you whether you climb via the Hundskopf East Ridge or the Felix-Kuen-Steig. Personally, I would classify the East Ridge as somewhat more difficult due to the entry, but both are short and doable if you have some via ferrata experience.

we came in mud and snow. We were able to warm ourselves up inside very nicely. The strudel is delicious.
