Finding parking spaces for a tour start is not easy in Puchberg, but there is almost always a parking space at the Schneebergbahnen

The Puchberg am Schneeberg train station is the terminus of the standard-gauge express train from Wiener Neustadt and at the same time the starting point for the narrow-gauge rack railway to the Hochschneeberg, from where, in good weather, there is a view far beyond Lake Neusiedl to the Pannonian Plain. The cog railway on the Hochschneeberg is one of the three still existing cog railways in Austria.
