Good pub at the halfway point

Percy Bysshe Shelley was christened here but they don’t acknowledge it as he became an atheist, amongst many other great things!

Shelley Cycle Path was opened in 2022 to honour the poet Percy Bysshe Shelley. It's 6 miles in total but please note the trail is one way only!

This nice boardwalk is next to the pond between Leechpool Wood and Owlbeech Wood. There are several of these in the area, crossing various streams, which adds a fun element to the route.

An ideal place to sit, refresh, and perhaps have a meal. You can discuss what you've seen, what you've enjoyed most about the adventure, or gather your strength before embarking on your adventure!

This small pond is located right between Leechpool Wood and Owlbeech Wood, and in its surroundings, there is a well-maintained network of easy trails with good terrain, making it an ideal spot for a family adventure.

Avoid Horsham going west.
