A glacial drumlin is a teardrop-shaped hill of sediment left behind when a glacier grinds its way past. This trail, on the other hand, is a thread of about 52 miles that connects ten different towns in Wisconsin, sometimes passing through beautiful green corridors like this one.

Billed as "the most accessible beach in America" and as one of the cleanest beaches in the country, this spot can get pretty busy. It's free for day use and has a couple of on-site spots for food and refreshments.

As you ride the Glacial Drumlin State Trail past the UWM Waukesha Field Station, you’ll pass prairies, wetlands, and even an old kiln. It’s a fun spot to slow down, spot some wildlife, or take a quick detour on the Field Station trails before jumping back on the main route.

Just off the side of the Fox River Trail and bordering the Fox River, Voyageur Park is a great place for the family in De Pere, Wisconsin. This park has picnic tables, pavilions, walking trails, fishing access, restrooms, and several other amenities.

The Fox River State Trail spans approximately 26.3 miles, extending from downtown Green Bay to just north of Hilbert, and is open to biking, running, and horseback riding. The trail is open year-round from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The Chippewa River State Trail is a 30-mile-long trail from downtown Eau Claire to the city of Durand. The trail is fully paved and follows the river that gives the trail its name.

The Chippewa River Bridge is a pedestrian bridge that take you over the Chippewa River. It is part of the Chippewa River State Trail.
