A beautiful bike path with great rest areas. The section between Ratten and Birkfeld and Anger to Stubenberg is perfect for families! (Please note: there is no bike path between Birkfeld and Koglhof.)

At the turn of the century, there were approximately 20 watermills in Miesenbach. The Hornschmiedmühle, built in 1905, originally had two millstones. Its water was drawn from the Rotthalerbacher stream, which flows into the Miesenbach. In 1951, the mill was converted to generate electricity and supplied the house and farm for several years. In 1994, it was renovated and is once again fully functional. Here, you can take a wonderful rest along the Miesenbach waterway.
