Lovely grass and mud lane, be aware in the wet seasons it can be boggy from 4x4 use. Choose your line wisely. Great views over the wolds and parts of the trail are covered in a canopy. Well worth putting it on your route for local sights over the wolds and fields, along with wild animal spotting.

Great running route out and back to nafferton offering some gradient. Nafferton slack gives great views of the wolds and prime spotting for birds of prey.

Be sure to be on the further side of the hedge if you’re heading back to driffield otherwise you’ll have to back track or crawl through a deer hole in the hedge.

Local colonies of deer reside around this area and in the woodland. Head through here by foot, great landscape and views of the wolds whilst spotting some wildlife. Also owls and birds of prey spotted around these parts.

Gorgeous views over the wolds - super sunrises and sunsets. Keep an eye out for deer around here which is common.
