The promenade/walkway runs along the south beach and offers great views of the sea. It is part of a longer, two-mile promenade that stretches from Bridlington's North Harbour, providing access to the beach and associated facilities.

You can keep going all year the car in the disabled usually opens for anybody as the main one is closed. and the main restaurant cafe near the spa is open all year round but this year a few closed early

Make sure you stay to cycle path on far side of car park not on beach path as some very irate elderly people will have there say with you even though they didn’t pick up there dog muck as I spotted to them

Both beach and grasslands can be found in this area with a walk down the promenade if you carn't manage the sands all the way to the town. Some great ices can be found on the first kiosk.

A great dog walking beach all the way down towards the spa where the segregation starts. Just before the spa is Bridlington's best ice cream small place with many great flavours and hard ice cream not the Mr whippy stuff .

Bridlington South is a broad stretch of sandy beach located south of Bridlington Spa and Bridlington Harbour, along the East Riding coast. Stretching over a mile, it eventually merges into Fraisthorpe Beach. Heading south, the sandy coastline continues all the way to the Humber estuary.

The Princess Mary Promenade is approximately 471 metres long, with fantastic views of the South Bay and public toilets available.

Bridlington Golf Club is a 6719 yard golf course with outstanding views of the surrounding countryside and Bridlington Bay.
