The photo was taken from the north side of the Humber estuary. The bridge can be seen here in full effect, it is an amazing piece of engineering at 1410mtrs long it used to be the longest suspension bridge in the world. It took 8 years to build

Small, very beautiful nature reserve, formerly a clay/lime pit. Amazingly diverse bird life - lots of young birds in June.

Really nice country park so many little trails and walks. Feels a bit like being in the jungle in some bits. There’s a pond and benches and information about the area.

Nice little place to watch the birds on the feeding stations. Apparently they have free events you can join. Some benches nearby to sit and take a break.

It's just a big bridge, but the cycle paths hanging off the side over the water do always feel special. Great views regardless of which side you ride on

Great walks around the Humber bridge area and a great cafe on the South side of the bridge! However, this is not a landmark of HULL!!! It is a landmark of the Humber estuary and the surrounding area.

Bit windy going across but tail wind behind coming back across much better and faster. It’s a great experience going across this amazing structure, everyone should try it 👍👍

High quality cycle path alongside the road, very easy to join and leave.

Has a car park so can park and explore the area. I would recommend going around the grounds aswell as the front to experience all the area.

Can do some very nice walks around here, parking is also available.

Ensure a windproof jacket as this can make the walk very uncomfortable

Nice walk across the bridge, can be quiet windy.

Impressive suspension bridge and though it’s a bit outside of the city the landmark of Hull.

Bit of a long path to get into the bridge but safe enough when your on the cycle path over the river. Crossing from Yorkshire into Lincolnshire you can tell who spends money on their roads!
