Beautiful old mill with beautiful watercourse

Originally a fortified moated castle, of which the surrounding walls and a tower from 1574 still exist. The castle that now stands was given a baroque makeover from 1709, of which parts of the old complex are still preserved in the north wing. The south wing was built from 1719. Very tasty sauerbraten with dumplings and red cabbage. The pork fillet with mashed potatoes is also highly recommended. The cozy beer garden invites you to linger.

Nice shady rest area with benches in front of the castle backdrop. You have a great view over the lake and there is an inn right next door.
