The path is quite well paved. The terrain is slightly hilly, rocky and reminiscent of high mountain regions. You get the feeling of being in the mountains without having to climb to high altitudes.

Hellviksbolten is an awesome boulder wedged between two rock faces. It's like a miniature version of the legendary Kjeragbolten.

With this little wooden path, you can comfortably cross the stream without getting your shoes wet. You can also enjoy the surrounding natural landscape.

Ole Høylandshålå is a historical cave significant because it was one of the many hiding spots used by the legendary Norwegian master thief, Ole Høiland (1797–1848). Today, it is a point of interest along popular local hiking trails, where you can trace the route of the famous outlaw through a rugged, scenic environment.

This scenic viewpoint offers a dramatic, elevated perspective of a rugged mountain environment. It presents a vast panorama of surrounding peaks and the Eikeskartjørna lake below. The view is defined by steep, rocky slopes and raw, untamed nature, giving you a breathtaking sense of isolation and scale over the challenging landscape.

The rugged, uneven terrain of the hills dominates the background, showing grey and reddish stone jutting out against the sky. In the foreground, the still, reflective surface of the pond mirrors the contours of the hills, softening their harsh appearance. This contrast between the solid, enduring rock and the tranquil water creates a peaceful, remote atmosphere.

During our visit, it was carrying very little water.
