A lovely cycle path runs along the Albert Canal. Some sections have quite a few potholes, so be careful. Otherwise, enjoy the surrounding industrial character!

Château de Beusdael is a medieval moated castle in Sippenaeken (Belgium), situated in a picturesque valley near the Dutch border. The estate is private and not open to the public. The name "Château Beusdael vineyard" sometimes appears on tourist routes, but there is no known, active commercial vineyard producing wine under that name.

If you cross from the west to the east side, you can also catch a glimpse of a fish ladder at the end of the bridge.

From this point you have a beautiful view over the Dutch villages in Limburg.

The Berwinne is a picturesque river in eastern Belgium, in the province of Liège. It rises in Aubel and flows for approximately 30 kilometers through the rolling landscape of the Land of Herve before flowing into the Meuse at Dalhem. The Berwinne is known for its natural beauty, historic watermills, and hiking trails along its banks.

Beusdael Castle is a medieval castle located in the village of Sippenaeken, just across the Belgian border from the Dutch province of Limburg. The castle dates back to the 13th century and features a characteristic round keep (defense tower). It has been renovated several times over the centuries, but still retains much of its historic charm. The castle is privately owned and not open to the public.
