Unfortunately, there isn't much to see of the impressive castle. You can catch a glimpse from one spot. Otherwise, everything is cordoned off and protected from prying eyes by a high wall.

What you can see is certainly impressive. But since it's private property, surrounded by a 2-meter-high wall, and even the gates are impervious to view, there's unfortunately not much to see.

The lakeside promenade in Desenzano del Garda is an ideal starting point for cyclists exploring southern Lake Garda. The well-maintained cycle path offers tours along the lake or into the surrounding area, offering picturesque views of the water and the mountains. Numerous opportunities for short breaks are offered along the route, and the promenade conveniently connects the harbor with the historic town center, allowing cyclists to combine nature, culture, and the lake in one tour.
