Slightly hilly location between the municipalities of Capriano del Colle and Poncarale with vineyards and farms surrounded by greenery, roads rarely used by motor vehicles give a feeling of peace and tranquility, an area very popular with cyclists, various routes suitable for racing bikes, gravel and mountain bikes, also frequented by runners and walkers

A very picturesque old town center with beautiful squares and alleyways. Some parts date back to the Middle Ages.

Unfortunately, the parking spaces at the top were very full, but we managed to get one on the second attempt. Parking is free, as is access to the castle grounds. A visit to the castle is worthwhile; there's so much to discover.

The dog's tomb is a sepulchral monument built in 1860. Popular tradition therefore has it that only one dog was placed there, hence the usual name. The tomb is one of the most singular Brescian monuments of the nineteenth century.
