Lake Valdaora is one of the artificial lakes in South Tyrol. About two kilometers long, the lake is bordered by the compact gravel cycle path. Cycling or walking along the lake shore offers splendid views.

Valdaora (Oland in German) attracts numerous tourists both in summer and winter. Here you can enjoy a wide range of sports, including hiking, mountain biking, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing. Given the proximity of the Valdaora reservoir, fishing is also permitted, provided you have a license and permit.

Great and quite large lake. Gravel roads, but good to drive. Lots of places to rest in the form of benches etc.
