飲用水の噴水

Very suggestive panoramic point and entrance to the Cava Grande del Cassibile Nature Reserve.

It's open again: Beautiful corner, even if the descent from the car park is not easy, but they are apparently currently working on renewing the path (as of October 2024). Jumping in and lying around is allowed, it's great fun. On the way back you can take a long walk and enjoy magnificent views down into the gorge, after another climb you cross the road back to the car park. Entrance fee at the top: adults 2€, children 1€, parking 4€, worth it! Arrival from Syracuse approx. 45m

the lakes at the bottom are wonderful, it's a shame that going down isn't exactly an easy walk... or at least, going up! Furthermore, at the moment the descent from the refuge/bar seems to be closed..

The church of Sant'Antonio Abate in Ferla is a place of worship located in via Vittorio Emanuele in the area called the Quattro Canti of Ferla. From an artistic point of view it is the most complex of the city's churches. Built after the Noto earthquake, note the absence of the left tower, which collapsed after the 1908 earthquake.

May 8th is the feast of the two patron saints of Grammichele: St. Michael the Archangel and St. Catherine of Alexandria. During the festival, the simulacra are carried in procession through the streets of the town together with the statue of the Madonna that precedes them.
