美しい湖

A beautiful spot here in the middle of the woods with a charming chapel. It was built in 1866 and renovated in 1994 and 2003. It's the perfect place to rest and reflect. Fantastic! Addendum: I actually thought it was the "Loretto Chapel" according to the signage?!?

The pond is beautiful, sure. But with the view behind it of the mountains around Pöllau, including Pöllauberg Abbey... it's perfect.

This is a particularly lovely spot. But not just the pond. The park next to it is also beautiful and well-maintained, offering plenty of opportunities to take a break.

A charming chapel here by the way. I enjoyed it during my visit on my hike.

An interesting relic from a bygone era. It's a shame you can't go inside. Oh well. From here you also have a lovely view of Schielleiten Castle and, beyond it on the horizon, Riegersburg Castle. Above the ruins, there's a bench with an equally beautiful view!

Whether for a summer getaway or an autumn stroll, action or relaxation, the lake is always worth a visit and/or a walk around it.
