A small bivouac located near the Forca Pass. The interior is charming, and there's some water and food available for real emergencies. Definitely a local gem.

The bivouac is always open, well-maintained, and stocked with emergency supplies. Excellent shelter in case of rain. Treat with respect, as with all bivouacs!

This small building is open in the summer and serves as a useful shelter in bad weather. It is located just above the Alben refuge, near the Forca Pass. The trail to reach it is easy and suitable for everyone (training permitting). Nearby destinations include the Alben refuge, the Forca Pass, the Cima Alben, and the Cima della Spada.

The refuge is one of my favorites, the food is excellent and at the right price, the staff is kind and welcoming, the view is beautiful and the route does not present particular difficulties even in the winter period.

Welcoming refuge managed by the "No Profit" association of Mato Grosso, which donates the proceeds of the management to a high altitude hospital (3,500m) in Peru and to other philanthropic/charitable initiatives. It offers an excellent refreshment service, served with great friendliness and familiarity, with the opportunity to choose between various courses. It is equipped with several dozen beds, a kitchen and a large dining room, as well as various outdoor tables, usable in favorable weather. For those who can afford it, a voluntary contribution for the aforementioned philanthropic purposes will certainly be appreciated and accepted by the volunteer and free staff who manage the refuge.

The Laghi Gemelli refuge is one of the most famous refuges in the Bergamo area. It is located on the shores of the lakes of the same name, once divided, now incorporated into a single large lake. The refuge offers hikers a hospitable and warm welcome seasoned with traditional cuisine based on local products. A circular route starts from Carona which passes by this refuge and various lakes, one more beautiful than the other. Along the path you pass through thick woods and green pastures on the slopes of majestic peaks that dominate the surrounding landscape.

Beautiful refuge located at 1647m above sea level, open both in summer and in winter: it can be reached quite quickly from Pizzino (BG)
