A small but comfortable bivouac, fully equipped. You can use the room, but not during the period, which, if I'm not mistaken, is from December 31 to May 24.

Once you arrive, a large meadow opens up where you can have a picnic, with a children's playground and a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Just behind the refuge, there's also a deer enclosure. The refuge is currently closed.

A refuge with a capital R, run by the La Cordillera association. Exceptional traditional cuisine and truly fair prices, with all proceeds going to charity. The guys who work there are always willing to lend a hand and deserve all the help they can get, even if it means buying the amazing T-shirts they sell.

A good place to stop for lunch after touring the ridges of Mount Alben. It's also run by an association that raises funds for missions in South America, so besides having a bite to eat, you're doing a good deed.

Excellent refuge nestled in the basin of the mountain of the same name

Absolutely recommended (opinion limited to the spring period 17/05) From the start of the path in the woods, passing through the open clearing in the upper valley, to the path on the crests, returning with a circular tour, truly a beautiful route. Excellent stop at the Alben refuge managed magnificently by the guys from the La Cordillera Association (truly splendid and very good at welcoming) I would recommend reaching the summit to expert hikers, more for the physical effort than the technical one, however not to be underestimated for some suggestive and quite technical passages. Absolutely recommended as long as you are educated people and know how to respect its integrity.

The Ristorante del Rifugio Monte Poieto is an ideal destination for those who want to taste typical dishes of Italian and Lombard cuisine, immersed in the beauty of the Bergamo Prealps. Located at 1360 meters above sea level, the refuge offers a spectacular view of the Val Seriana and a welcoming atmosphere. What the restaurant offers: Traditional cuisine: Local specialties such as polenta, pizzoccheri and meat dishes. Panoramic setting: Outdoor tables with breathtaking views. Cable car: Direct access to the structure without having to face the climb on foot. Vegetarian options: Available on the menu for those with special dietary needs.
