Along the Marzenego River, in the Trivignano area of the municipality of Venice, the Scabello mill seems to be in a state of abandonment today, but in the twentieth century it was active thanks to the Cercato family of millers. It also housed a sawmill.

Very spacious parking lot where you can park for free. At this location there is an information board with suggestions of walks. A perfect starting place for diving in the water-rich nature reserve.

For those looking for shade, peace and relaxation, the Parco Laghetti Martellago nature reserve is the perfect location in this vast flat land. There is a large free parking lot at the entry point. The hiking trails through the lake area are mostly linear. To break the monotony you can make a twist here and there. (Is good for body and mind 😜). Advice: the use of insect spray is recommended. The mosquitoes rule here.
