Beautiful and quiet track

Near the Porta del Delta is a small campsite with cabins and pitches for camper vans. Fishermen, cyclists, and campers are welcome guests. For four years, this site has been run by a couple from Pregarten near Linz, Austria. The inn next door has unfortunately closed since then, as the owners could no longer run it. In the village of Serravalle, there are small shops and a bakery. The campsite offers outdoor and indoor kitchens, as well as barbecue grills, so guests can self-cater.

About 20km east of Ferrara, we found this rest stop for our first snack. It's a good thing they also offer sun protection!

Short cycle/pedestrian route in S. Sisto (RO), from Viale Domenico Angeli to Via Dx Adigetto (about 500 ml.). It is the final stretch of the popular and beautiful "Passeggiata Baden Powell" path. The route is lit in the evening and also has a refreshment point.

The Canozio bridge over the Canalbianco, in Sant’Apollinare (RO), was built to replace the old reinforced concrete bridge dating back to the 1960s and responds to the need to increase the level of usability of commercial navigation, in the stretch from the Rovigo interport to Porto Levante, for vessels with high transport capacity (up to 2,000 t).

The Po river is the longest river in Italy and after almost 600 kilometers it branches into the delta before flowing into the Adriatic Sea. The Po in the delta is divided into seven different main branches: Po di Pila, Po di Maistra, Po di Tolle, Po di Gnocca, Po di Goro, Po di Volano and Po di Levante.
