Those who love long and not too steep paths will find the right conditions in the Loo Valley. Precisely because of its vastness, the valley was intensively used as pastureland until not so many years ago. This is evidenced by the considerable number of buildings that can be found along the path. The main settlement is in Loo Superiore ("Obre Lòo"), where one of the huts has been converted into the Bléckéné farm for several years, a rest stop where you can take a well-deserved break.

Great hike up. Not too technical, well marked path. Fabulous views from the rifugio, it's in a great position looking down into two different valleys.
