An idyllic (market) square under trees with lots of benches. To linger, cool off and enjoy the view. 😍 View over the Adriatic and the (partly hilly) inland. There is a café right next to it. Great prices.

Civitanova Alta is a fraction of Civitanova Marche and is an ancient medieval village built on a hill from where you can enjoy a splendid view of the Adriatic Sea and Monte Conero. It is surrounded by the walls of a castle and the historic center is full of monuments and places to visit, such as the church of San Francesco, the church of Sant'Agostino or the historic Annibal Caro theatre.

Potenza Picena is located between the hills and the Adriatic Sea, from the viewpoint near the historic center you can admire a spectacular panorama of the Potenza river valley and Monte Conero. The village has ancient origins, linked to the Roman colony of Potentia, destroyed in the Greek-Gothic war.
