[2024年9月中旬] ここで本当に迷いそうになりました。このツアーは水浴場まで問題なく実行できますが、そこはかなり急になることもあります。その後は同じ道を戻るのが一番です。なぜなら、電波がないと方向がわからないからです。道は部分的に見つけにくいです。 足元の確実さと良い靴をお勧めします。涼しい気温の朝にハイキングを開始し、飲み物を忘れないようにするのが一番です。

After a roughly 7km hike from the parking lot by the bridge, you reach the entrance to the actual gorge. There's a €6 entrance fee, and you'll receive instructions in English on how to behave in the gorge. The gorge itself is marked with green arrows and dots at the beginning. This is followed by a short yellow section. The beginning of the red markings is reserved for experts, and it's not recommended to walk on this section. Visitors are also advised to remain quiet in the gorge and not to leave any litter behind.

Below Punta Caroddi, the famous Cala Goloritzé spire, it's possible to stop and camp, but camping inside the cove is prohibited. The area is protected to preserve its extraordinary natural beauty and the purity of its turquoise waters, a symbol of the Gulf of Orosei.

A nice climb, varied and not too difficult until the end of the "yellow" section. Impressive walls above you, always from new perspectives. It's certainly not isolated here, but the atmosphere is still pleasant.

The path from the upper parking lot has its own magic. You hike through ancient forests, past mighty, gnarled giant trees that look as if they had watched the Nuragic people stack stones. Magnificent views open up again and again down into the valley below – and the dramatic rock formations all around look like the stage set for a fantasy epic. And then the gorge—insane, I can't think of anything else to say.

Trekking not to be missed if you are in the area, with no difficulty

Easy. If you are in good physical condition, it takes 1 hour and 20 minutes if you do not stop taking many photos. Trail with many stones, very well marked. It is important to bring shoes and water.. water in summer 3 liters.. on cold days and in the cold season a liter and a half is enough
