アルトケッテンホフ城の建築的な美しさは否定できません。そのバロック様式は、壮大さと細部にわたる装飾が特徴であり、城の芸術的なファサードと保存状態の良い内部に反映されています。

第二次オスマン帝国包囲網の際に破壊されたこの城は、オットー・クリストフ・フォン・フォルクラ伯爵によってバロック様式で再建されました。 18世紀半ばには、国務大臣であったハインリヒ・カエタン・フォン・ブリューメゲン伯爵が新しい城の主となりました。モラヴィアにも所領を持っていたブリューメゲンは、1766年に「Kettenhofer Zitz- und Kattunfabrik」を設立しました。（第IX.1章参照）

建築家フランツ・ヴィジンティニ（1874-1950）にちなんで名付けられた、絶対に訪れる価値のある、史跡指定の橋の構造物です。
